INTRODUCTIONS – establish your status in the process (are you just thinking about getting into rentals or do you have a unit and are ready to roll) and determine your specific goals for learning – 60 minutes*
RENTAL SCHOOL – Overview of our complete rental process, additional focus on your specific goals, forms review, tenant/landlord laws, repairs and maintenance, tenant relations. – 2-3 hours
CONCLUSIONS – Follow-up meeting, ask any questions you may still have or review a specific area, review next steps, introduce additional resources – 60-90 minutes

FULL DEAL PACKAGE
