BASICS PACKAGE
INTRODUCTIONS – establish your status in the process (are you just thinking about getting into rentals or do you have a unit and are ready to roll) and determine your specific goals for learning
RENTAL SCHOOL – Overview of our complete rental process, additional focus on your specific goals, forms review, tenant/landlord laws, repairs and maintenance, tenant relations.

FULL DEAL PACKAGE

TENANT PLACEMENT REVIEW– Establish a personalized checklist including: setting rents, advertising, preparing unit, application review, showing house procedures
TENANT REVIEW – Review of your received applications
LEASE SIGNING/CHECK-IN – In person attendance at lease signing (or if preferred a private review)with review of all required forms, deposits
